Each partner works in a gender-affirming cohort. Building their individual NorthStar and Roadmap without compromise or performance. Your different upbringings, cultures, and experiences are the methodology, not the obstacle. Diversity of perspective is how innovation enters the roadmap.

DAY 3 –– THE REUNION

On Day 3 you come back together. You will hear what your partner has been carrying, that is their real NorthStar, named honestly for the first time without negotiation or performance. They will hear yours. For many couples this is the conversation they have never had, not because they didn't want to, but because daily life never created the conditions for it. It happens here, before Week 1 begins. The program hasn't officially started and it has already changed you.

Clarity work. You need to know what you individually want before you can build what you want together. This is not marriage counseling.

Each week includes a Studio Kit: a practice worksheet, personal reflection, a couples conversation guide, and an AI Prompt Card that guides you through the week's concept using Socratic questioning.

Leadership, innovation, and the financial wrapper for the life you're building. You exit with a combined legacy roadmap. Tested, refined, and implementation-ready. Not a vision. A system. Premier couples attend the in-person finale at L'Auberge Del Mar, San Diego — the first shared in-person LDL moment since Immersion 1.

This is not a wrap-up. It's a challenge. You present your combined legacy plan, receive facilitated pressure-testing from Michael and your cohort, and commit to implementation with real accountability structures. Your closing assessment is compared against your Launch baseline — the before-and-after is visible, measurable, and deeply personal. Flexible city attendance if scheduling conflicts arise.

You entered separately. You leave together — with a plan that neither of you could have built alone.

I've spent my career as a systems architect helping people see clearly and decide well, from health information networks to clinical research to leadership architecture for scaling organizations. Legacy Drives Life is what happens when that work gets personal. Michael Goss has built his career on one observation: the systems people build are only as strong as the clarity of the people inside them. As a global speaker on leadership development and operations, he has spent more than three decades helping founders and families eliminate the fragility that comes from depending on one person's heroic effort. His core insight, developed across hundreds of engagements with founders and second-generation business owners, is that what most leaders call a strategy problem is almost always a culture problem. In LDL he applies that same thinking to the most important organization two people will ever run together.

He leads both immersions, creating the conditions for each partner to develop their individual NorthStar and personal Roadmap before the couple's shared work begins. For many participants this is the first honest conversation they have had about what they individually want from their life. The program starts with Michael. Everything that follows is built on what he makes possible. The implementation immersion at the conclusion of the 12 weeks becomes the celebration of what the couples are building together.

The world couples are navigating today adds urgency to this work. Shifting career landscapes, the rise of AI, and the pressure of lifelong learning in a rapidly changing professional environment mean that clarity is not a luxury. If your question isn't here, that's what the discovery call is for.

Do both partners need to attend every
session?

No. Studio attendance is flexible. Both partners engage on their own schedule through the Studio Kit system, live or replay. The two in-person immersions are mandatory for both partners. Everything in between is designed to fit real schedules.

What if we can't make the immersion in our cohort's city?

Immersions rotate across San Diego, Dallas, and Chicago. If you can't attend your cohort's city for

Immersion 2, you may attend a different city's event. We'll work with you to find the right date. Travel and accommodation are not included in program pricing.

Is this marriage counseling?

No. LDL is clarity work, not therapy. The immersion separation isn't about working through relationship issues. It's about giving each partner space to develop their individual NorthStar before combining it with their partner's. Many couples find it transformative precisely because it's not counseling.

Can I enroll without a partner?

Yes. LDL is designed as a couples program but solo enrollment is available at the individual rate. You'll participate in all studio sessions and both immersions as a solo participant and the work is just as powerful done individually.

What does the Premier tier add over
Standard?

Premier adds three 90-minute executive 1:1 sessions with Brenda, a private orientation before the cohort begins, a personalized implementation plan, and the in-person Lead to Legacy Reunion Cohort at a 4.5 star San Diego. resort. Premier is limited to 8 couples per cohort.

What is the CBS Signal Check?

The CBS Signal Check is Enveria's proprietary diagnostic tool, built on the Conscious Balance Sheet framework. It measures signals across Home, Work, and Money at three points in the program: Launch Immersion, mid-program, and Implementation Immersion. It makes the transformation visible and measurable.

How much time does this require each
week?

The live studio sessions run approximately 90 minutes per week. The Studio Kit practice [worksheets, reflection, couples conversation, AI Prompt Card] is designed to take 30–45 minutes across the week at your own pace. Both immersions are 2 full days. The program is built for people who don't have extra time which is exactly why it's designed the way it is.

What happens after the program ends?

Graduates are invited to join the Legacy Builders Lab, an ongoing alumni community with membership, certification pathways, global retreats, and curated partner workshops. Participation is self-selected. Some graduates also return as Legacy Demonstrators for incoming cohorts in a role that deepens their own practice while contributing to the next class.
