The conversation that started everything.

I was talking with a young professional not long ago. New demanding role. Real responsibility. His partner studying for her Masters while homeschooling their kids and managing the household. Doing everything financially they had been taught to do. Achieving everything the blueprint promised.

When I asked him how things were going, he paused. Then he said: "Honestly? My life feels like confetti right now. Successful, scattered, and held together by sheer will."

He wasn't failing. He wasn't ungrateful. He had built the life he was given the blueprint for, and he was discovering, as so many high-achieving couples do, that the blueprint was never designed for the life he actually had.

I had been watching this pattern for years. In our children. In younger colleagues navigating the strange new terrain of post-Covid, remote-work, dual-career life. In the couples sitting across from me who were doing everything right and still feeling like nothing was quite cohering into something that felt like theirs.

I designed Legacy Drives Life from my own lived experience as a leadership systems architect and human systems designer. The program draws on Michael Goss's NorthStar immersion methodology, which he is adapting within our framework, and on the domain expertise of a faculty team whose work directly serves each stage of the journey.

I built it because I believe that the couples who will thrive in the regenerative era are not the ones who earn the most. They are the ones who designed their life on purpose, building chamber by chamber, with intention and clarity.
